Paying a door fee

For each ticket through the door of a ticketed event, Cite charges 5.5% of its price plus J$150, and never more than J$1,000 for any one ticket. You collect the ticket money yourself; this is the fee for the door Cite worked.

Open the link in the email we sent you and it will take you to a checkout. That link keeps working, so it does not matter how long ago the event was.

Lost it? Write to cite@joincite.com and we will send it again.

Fee paid

Thank you. That door is settled.

You can post ticketed events again straight away. Your receipt comes from Dime, who processed the card.

If anything about the count looks wrong, reply to the email within 14 days and we will check it against the scans.

Nothing was charged

You closed the checkout before paying, so no money moved.

Open your link again whenever you are ready. It does not expire.

That link could not open a payment

It may have been cut short by a mail client, or the fee may already be settled.

Try opening it again from the original email. If it still does not work, write to cite@joincite.com with your event name and we will sort it out.
