Who this is for
A society running a week of events. A promoter with a night that sells out. A hall committee. A stall that does one big day a term. Anybody whose group has outgrown a chat, and whose door has outgrown a friend with a list.
For organisers
You are already running it. The group chat is just the wrong shape for it.
The flyer scrolls away by Thursday. Who is actually coming lives in four people's heads. On the night, somebody works the door off a phone held sideways with a list they screenshotted.
Cite is free for all of that, at the size most things happen. The organiser plan is for when what you run stops being that size.
What it lifts
Four limits, and what each becomes.
These are the actual caps a free account runs into, not a feature list. Nothing here is a feature you unlock. It is the same product with the ceiling moved.
A door of any size
A free event works a door for up to 50 people. Past that you need the plan. Scan tickets at the gate, admit walk-ins, hand somebody a claim code when their phone is dead, and put other people on the door without giving them your account.
More than 3 events at once
A free account keeps 3 events running at a time, which is a comfortable number for most people and a tight one during a society week. The plan removes the count, so a whole programme can go up at once instead of being drip-fed as the last one ends.
Groups that hold 150, not 30
A group is a private layer over the same map: its own pins, its own reports, visible to members and nobody else. Free groups hold 30 people. On the plan, every group you own holds 150, which is most societies in one place rather than split across three chats.
Pins without a running total
A free account holds 10 pins that nobody has confirmed yet. Once somebody vouches for one it stops counting either way. The plan removes the count, which matters if you are the person putting up where everything is before a week of events.
What stays free
Most of what you do, at the size most of it happens.
Creating an event is free at any size. So is RSVP, the attendee list, the chat, and an attendee being handed their own ticket. The plan buys the door at scale, not the event.
Pins, reports, area alerts, reviews and private groups are all free. Every cap above was set to sit above what an ordinary group, class or study session ever reaches. A cap that bites the ordinary user is a cap that makes the free product worse in order to sell the paid one, and this map only works when more people are on it.
Where it works
The whole of Kingston, with campus detail traced from the real outlines at UTech and UWI Mona. At UTech a timetable room code resolves on its own: 47A1 finds building 47, first floor, room 1. Mona is mapped, and its room codes are not searchable that way yet.
Getting it
Two taps, inside the app.
The plan is an App Store subscription, so it is bought on the phone and cancelled from your store account like any other. The price is whatever the App Store shows you in your own currency.
Open Settings
In the app, from your profile. There is a Purchases section.
Tap Organiser plan
It lists what lifts, with the price from the store, and subscribes in one tap. Switched phones? Restore purchases is in the same section.
It applies to your account
Not to one group or one event. Every group you own and every door you run is lifted for as long as the plan is active, and it follows you rather than the thing you bought it for.
